GDPR compliance
All data we receive from the Client is stored on One Drive (Office 365), password protected.
We also store file on Google Drive. Password protected too.
Our laptops are encrypted, desktop password protected, mobile phones can be accessed through finger print or PIN.
Any Freelance we work with has signed NDA and are advised not to upload any data to local drive and keep all files on Google Drive.
We will only keep data related and required for current projects. Any access login details will be deleted upon contract termination.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at the following address. We may make a small charge for this service.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
